Key responsibilities
  • 01Lead design concepts and oversee the full design process for luxury residential projects.
  • 02Supervise junior designers, guiding creative direction, technical detailing, and design standards.
  • 03Review design orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with client approvals.
  • 04Produce detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD (required).
  • 05Create and support 3D visualizations; 3ds Max is an advantage.
  • 06Develop mood boards, material palettes, and client presentations.
  • 07Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery and design accuracy.
  • 08Stay updated on international trends, materials, and finishes in luxury design.
  • 09Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their lifestyle and translating it into personalized, refined interiors.
  • 10Develop detailed layouts, CAD drawings, working drawings, and elevations.
  • 11Create practical, aesthetic, and functional interior design solutions for commercial spaces.
