Required qualifications
  • Qualifications & Experience**
  • * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3
  • 5 years in a senior/lead role within real estate development or a related sector (property, hospitality, lifestyle).
  • * Proven track record in launching real estate projects and delivering measurable results in lead generation and brand growth.
  • * Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance campaigns, social media, and marketing automation/CRM.
  • * Experience managing agencies, creative production, and media buying.
  • * Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
