Key responsibilities
  • 01Achieve and enhance sales targets established by ProgressSoft.
  • 022026 Strategy and Business plan.
  • 03Manage the whole sales cycle, coordinating with Product Owners, Project Managers and Technical Team Leaders.
  • 04Work with related ProgressSoft team to ensure proper engagement with customers and understanding their requirements.
  • 05Cooperate with the Bidding Team to deliver documents and proposals which detail the Business Requirement and ProgressSoft competence.
  • 06Negotiate proposals and contracts of solutions and recurring maintenance.
  • 07Excessive use of ProgressSoft’s CRM to build and update client profiles.
  • 08Analyze and prepare comparison sheets between ProgressSoft and competitive products.
  • 09Identify new markets and opportunities.
  • 10Develop strong distribution channels with renowned global, regional and local firms.
  • 11Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • 12: Research and target potential clients and partners to expand the company's market presence.
Preferred qualifications
  • : 2+ years in hospitality, real estate, or vacation rentals (preferred) Fluent in Hindi, Arabic, or Russian Excellent communication and sales skills Proactive, self
  • and SKILLS: Strong negotiation , sales and client management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Experience in General Insurance sales
  • Proven experience in Sales or Account management (UAE experience is preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Team leadership experience is an advantage.
